  1. Creamy seekh white biryani....


    Seekh -- Chicken keema mutton/beef keema 1 kg, roasted- Kashmiri red chilli, zeera, akkha dhania make pwdr, garam masala pwd, salt, green chilli paste, 1 big or 2 small onion chopped, gin gar pst, choppd kotmir, thoda besan (for mutton or beef nd corn flr if chckn keema)..mix all in keema gv coal dhuni wd 1 laung (opt). Nw make seekh shape, shallw fry or deepfry or on griller..watevr convinient. Keep aside

    Creamy mixture-- in a bowl tke 5/6 tb spn mayo, I small pack of fresh cream 250 ml, 1 pack of spread cheese, blck ppr pwd 1 tsp, little salt mix throuly wd whisker. Keep aside.

    Gravy -- 5 or 6 big onion fry for 3 min den grind it. In a pan put oil n ghee, den add onion paste, gin gar paste, bhunofy, den add pav kg dahi, little salt, green chilli pst 1 tb, 1 tb sp green chilly sc., saute evrythng vry nicly den add abv creamy mixture, capsicum cubes, carrot cubes, n cook for some time so dat onion smell shud go n oil strts sprtng den add fried seekh cook for 5 or 8 min stir wd low hand or else seekh wll break. Gravy is done .
    Nw boiled rice me put layer same like biryani. Put on dum. Its done. (Colour n brown onions r optional u can grnish wd kotmir n pudhina)

  2. Home made chinese bhajiya...
    Ingredients 1/2 cabbage barik kapeli, namak as per taste,1/2 tbspn adrak lasan paste, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder,2 tspn shezwan chutney,a pinch of redfood colour agar naakhvu hoy toh, 1/4 cup maida ya zarurat na mutbik n 1/2 cup ya zarurat na mutabik cornflour, tel takwa maate.
    Method...
    ek bowl ma barik kapeli gobi naakhi ehna ma namak naakhi ne barabar mix karo jyaar tak ehma paani chute, pachi ehnma adrak lasan nu paste, lal marcha powder, schezwan chutney,food colour naakhi ne barabar mix kari lo pachi ehma maido aane cornflour naakhi ne barabar mix karo jyaar tak e aata na shape ma aave.. pachi ek kadai ma tel naakhi ne fry karo medium flame par, jyaar tak e barabar reddish colour thai tyaar tak...
    pirasva ma shezwan chutney saathe serve karo...

    ingridents;
    chicken keemo-500gm
    fresh ginger garlic paste-1table spoon
    green chilly paste - 1 table spoon
    garam masala - 1 teaspoon
    dhana jeeru powder- 1tea spoon
    red chillypowder -as per taste
    salt -as per taste
    cheese cube - 1 piece
    maida for dough - 400 gm
    oil for moin and fry
    ajmo seeds 1 teaspoon
    method-
    chicken keemo dhoy ne 30 minute sudhi nitari rakhvo.maida ma tel nu moin namak ane ajmo nakhi ne aato bandhvo thodo naram soft dough banavvo.ehne dhaki ne rest aapvo. vaghar mate kadai ma tel muki ne jeeru ane fresh ginger garlic paste nakhi thodu soute karvu pachi keemo nakhi soute karvanu thodu dry thay pachi green chilly paste ane bija sukha masala add karva. last ma cheese cube ghasine nakhvi.thandu thay etle lilu pyaz zinu kapelu nakhvu.have dough na nana luva kari hath thi thodu thepi ehma keema nu filling bhari ne peck karvu. pachu hath thi thodu thepi ne dhimi flame par fry karvu. serve with green chutney and sauce.

    Summer fantasy...kacchi keri ni sabzi

    Ingredients:- 500 grm kacchi keri
    2 onions (medium size)
    1 tea spoon fenugreek(kothmir)
    1 table spoon rye
    1 tblespoon methi
    Salt(to taste)
    1 tablespoon edible oil
    1 tablespoon red chilly powder
    1 tablespoon turmeric powder
    100 grm gol (jaggery)
    Half table spoon of besan
    Half glass water



    Method:-

    1. Kacchi keei ne peel kari ne boil karwu (2 min)
    2. Paani rinse kari lo
    3. Onions ne chopping kari ne 1 tablespoon oil ma fry karo goldenbrown colour thai tyar lag
    4. Ehma methi ane rye nakho
    5. Ehma masalas nakho(chill;turmeric ;salt)
    6. Ehma gol nakho..
    7. Vesan makhi ne seki do
    8. Ehma kacchi keri naakhi ne 1 min sudhi ubalo
    9. Ehma ardho glass paani nakhi ne 1 min tak ubalva do

    For a fresh delicious look add kothmir in the serving plate


    Roti saathe jami sakai che

    1 cup of mix veggies finally chopped of ur choice
    i use capsicum onion n cabbage
    chilly souce 2 tbl spn
    soya souce 1/2 tbl spn
    salt as per ur taste
    corn flour 1 tbl spn
    1 egg
    take a fry pan n soute all veggies till they cook
    boil noodles n keep aside untill they cool
    after cooling both veggies n noodles take a bowl n mix all above ingredients n also add noodles masala
    mix all ingredients well n make balls now deep into egg n deep fry them... tasty noodles veggies tikka ready to eat😋

    daal nu pani ... boil karie daaal te time pani ni quantity jyada rakhvanu to e pani apne sarki ma use kari sakie
    Daal chaval ma je daal use kari hoi e thodi vadhare boil kari sarki mate kuti levi
    lila marcha
    dahi or lemon
    dahi thi fine taste avse
    namak
    jiru
    Piyaz ne small chopp karvu ... kakdi ne shred karvu ... n biju bdhu paste kri levu ...
    now add dahi ... vegetables ... paste .... all in daal nu pani ... u can serve it on room temperature or cold

  9. Appe(tea time snacks)
    Leftover dosa batter
    1 carrot grated
    Half onion chopped
    1 green chilli
    Chopped coriander
    And salt to taste
    Take left over batter add all the veggies in it and mix well u can add more veggies of ur choice like green peas capsicum corn anything..grease ur appe pan with little oil add spoonful of batter in it let it cook till golden brown and flip and cook other side ready within no time serve with ketchup or chutney perfect for evening snacks :)

    Kasmiri Chili Potato Chinese Style
    Potato (french fries misal cut karvanu)
    cornflour
    Capsicum
    Bell Peppers (red/yellow) optional but makes dish more colorful
    Onion
    Kasmiri chilli
    Tomato Ketcup
    Soya Sauce
    Ginger/Garlic Paste
    oil
    Salt to taste

    For making chilli paste soak kasmiri chilli in water for about an hour.
    Potatoes ma cornflour nakhi ne mukvanu 5 mins and pachi fry kari devanu ehna si thora crispy thai jase.
    Ek pan ma thoru oil levanu ema giner garlic paste saute karvanu. te bad ek onion ne fry karvanu halku su ehna baad capsicum nakhwanu n bellpepers agar hoi toh. bellpeppers nakhwasi dish colur ful thai che. aa badhu nakha pachi ema soya sauce, kasmiri chilli paste and tomato sauce nakhwanu. aa badha ne thoru fry karvanu n last ma fry wala potatoes nakhi ne acha si stir kari devanu.last ma thoru kotmir nakhwanu garnish waste your dish is ready

  14. LILA PIYAJ NU SHAK
    Ghanuj easy che & ghanuj tasty bane che n e pan khali 2 main vastu thi
    Ingredients
    10 stems of spring onion(finely chopped, do take care (ghanu barik cut karvanu che)
    2 big tomatoes(finely chopped)
    sukko masalo
    salt
    jeeru
    5 spoon oil
    Method
    Oil garam kari ema jiru no vaghar kare , pchi ema jhina cut karela tomatoes sathe sukho masalo nakhi ne saute kare , slow flame par 5 thi 7 min cover kari ne rehvade , add half cup water n let it boil for more 5 min , gravy jevu thai to ehma jhinu cut karelu piyaj add kare , cover kari ne 10 min cook kare n its done.
    Serve karti vakhte upar thi sev nakhi decorate kare.
