Mumbai Chowpatty Style Pav Bhaji In Just 3 Easy Steps By SMB Recipes (gujarati)

Ingredients

  • 500 gm peeled chopped potatoes
  • 500 gm chopped tomato 
  • 100 gm green peas
  • 200 gm butter
  • 200 gm finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeeru) 
  • 2 tbsp chill powder 
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1 tbsp garam masala 
  • salt to taste

How To Make 
Step-1
  • pehla ek pan lo yehma potato, green peas , tomoato ane 1 cup jitnu paani ane salt to taste nakho....
  • pachi yeh pan ne cover karido ane 10-15 mins tak cook thawa do medium flame par
    (aap  pressure cooker ma bhi kari sako cho  3 citi wagadjo)
  • then yeh mixture smasher si barabar smash karilo ane thick paste jewo banawi lo... ane pachi yeh mixture bowl ma nikali ne side par muki do 
Step-2
  • ek pan lo yeh ma butter, onion, jeeru, garlic paste, chilli powder, and medium flame par cook karo taake onoin paani chodi dai...
  • pachi yehma capsicum, haldi ane garam masalo nakho ane again mix well....
  • pachi aa mixture ma potato+tomato + peas nu mixture nakho ane barabar mix kari lejo...
  • salt chk kari lejo agar zarorat hoi toh add karjo ane half cup jitnu paani nakhjo thick paste karwa waaste
  • approx 5-10 mins slow flame par cook thawa dejo 
  • bhaji ready 
Step-3 
  • hawe pav tayyar kariye 
  • market ma si ladi pav laine aawjo 
  • yehne wachama si cut karjo ane yehma butter lagavjo 
  • pachi yeh tava par halka sekhi lejo 
  • light brown jewo colour thai tyar tak 
  • pav ready 

Serving karwa waaste 
ek plate ma bhaji nakhjo ane yehna par kothmir chidkjo ane thod butter nakhjo
ane yehna saathe pav ...
barik chopped karelo onion
ane limbu mukhjo
