15 gms agar agar powder (vegetarian gelatin)(halal gelatin)
1 tbsp vanilla essence

Take Milk in a pan, and place it on gas on slow flame ... add milk cream, sugar , agar-agar powder and vanilla essence to it and stir well with whisker...
allow the milk to reach boiling point and the keep it aside and allow it to cool
in another frying pan add 5 tbsp sugar in it and allow it to melt on slow flame... you will get a thick brown color paste..
now take small bowls and first add 1 spoon melted sugar to the botton and the add smalll quantity of milk mixture to it (please note do not add the entire mixture in one bowl)
now keep the bowl in deep freeze for 30 mins
remove the bowl and place it on a plate upside down.. and slow tap to remove the pudding...
