Dabeli


Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 tbsp dabeli masala 
  2. 2 tbsp meethi chutney (khajoor imli chutney)
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 1 1/4 cup boiled, peeles & smashed potatoes
  5. salt to taste 
  6. 2 tbsp finely chopped dhaniya (kothmir)
  7. 2 tbsp grounded coconut (sukho naryal nu bhooko)
  8. 2 tbsp pomegranate (anar na dana) 
  9. 4 pav 
  10. 4 tsp garlic chutney (lasun)
  11. 2 tsp meethi chutney (khajoor imli chutney)
  12. 4 finely chopped onions 
  13. 4 tsp masala peanuts 
  14. 4 tsp nylon sev 
  15. 2 tbsp butter

How To Make In English 
  • first take a bowl and add dabeli powder , methi chutney, and little water and mix well and make a thick paste..
  • now take frying pan add oil to it and then add the above paste to it .... stir well and the add potatoes to it and mix well cook till u get a light brown color mixture 
  • now take this mixture in bowl and allow it come to room temperature and then sprinkle chopped  coriander, dry coconut powder, and pomegranate on it
  • next take a pav(bread) apply methi chutney and garlic chutney to it on both sides and then put the above made paste in the middle 
  • sprinkle chopped onions, peanuts & sev on it and close the pav 
  • then take a frying pan, put butter on it and let it melt 
  • put the pav on the frying  pan and toast it on both the sides as per your wish...
  • dabeli is ready to serve
