Doodhi (Lauki, bottle gourd) ka halwa


Ingredients 
  • grated Bottle Gourd (lauki, doodhi)  600 gms 
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 7 tbsp sugar 
  • 1/4 cup mawa 
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon powder (elaichi)
  • chopped cashew 4-6 pcs (kaju)
  • chopped almond 4-6 pcs (badam)
How To Make In English 
  • take a pressure cooker and add ghee in it 
  • heat the ghee and then add bottle gourd to it, and mix well and cook for 5 mins 
  • then add sugar in it and mix well
  • close the cooker and cook for 3 whistles 
  • now open the lid and add mawa to it and mix well
  • then add cardamon powder to it and again mix well 
  • cook till all the water evaporate and dry mixture remain 
  • now add cashew & almond to it and again mix well
  • halwa is ready
