SU JOSE:

- 1/2 cup moong dal
- 2 cup maida
- 1 tspn jeeru
- 1 tspn akhkha dhania thora pisela
- 1 tspn variyali
- 1 tspn adrak paste/ dry adrak powder
- 2-3 green marcha barik kapela
- 1 tspn red marcha powder
- 1 tspn garam masala
- 5 tblspn besan
- 1 tspn aamchur/ limbu ras
- tel
- ghee
BANAWANI REET:
- Moong dal ne barabar dhoi ne 2 hours palahri ne rakho.... Pachhi ehma si pani nikali ne grind kari lo.... Paste nathi banavanu just adkachru rehvu jove....
- Maida ma namak, ghee ane pani nakhi ne barabar roti na atta jem masli lo.... Soft thavo jove....15-20 minutes cover kari ne rehva do....
- Kadai ma 2 tblspn tel nakho ehne halku garam karo pachhi ehma jeera , akhkha dhania thora kutela ane variyali nakhi ne barabar halavi do....
- Pachhi ehma adrak paste/adrak powder nakhi sako chho, Green marcha, lal marcha, namak ane garam masalo nakho ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Pachhi ehma besan nakho ane brown thai tyar tak slow flame par hilawta raho....
- Pachhi ehma moong dal nakho pachhi ehma aamchur ya limbu bhi nakhi sako chho....Barabar hilawi lo....
- Barabar mix thai jai pachhi 2 minute rakhi ne lai lo....
- Pachhi puri ma je size na lava banaviye chhe approx ae size na maida na lava banavi lo....
- Puri jem beli lo ane pachhi ehma je masalo banayo ae 2-3 spoon nakhi do.... Pachhi jem potli band karye em ehne band karo ane roll karo upar si ane extra bhag nikali ne press karo....
- Pachhi hath si ya belan si thoru press kari lo....
- Dhyan rahe ehma cracks na hoi....
- Pachhi ehne deep fry kari do.... Slow flame par rakhvanu....
- Aamli ya green chutney sathe serve karo....
