Milk Powder Rabdi Peda in 2 Steps


Ingredients 
For Rabdi 

  • 4 cups milk 
  • 1/2 tsp saffron & cardamon (kesar & elaichi)
  • 1/4 cup sugar 
  • 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits 

For Peda 
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar 
  • 1/4 cup milk 
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

How To Make In English


  • first take a pan
    add milk in it and boil
    then on medium flame add saffron and cardamon
    keep stirring
    then add sugar in it keep stirring
    then add dry fruits in it .. keep stirring
    finally a thick liquid forms
    rabdi is ready
  • take another pan
    on medium flame /
    add milk powder and sugar and milk in it
    keep stirring
    there are 4 stages
    first thick liquid with no lumps
    then milk thickens
    then thick paste
    then add ghee in it
    then last thick paste with lumps remains
    keep stirring during the whole process
    now make small balls from the paste
    then flattened the balls
  • now take these balls in a glass bowl
    and the pour the rabdi mixture in it
    ready to serve
