SWEET THULI

- Waras ma banaviye chhe khas....

- Easy chhe banavu ane ghani healthy bhi chhe....

SU JOSE:

- 1 cup khandela ghav
- 1.5 cup gur/gol/jaggery (taste na hisab si adjust kari sakye chhe)
- Pure ghee
- Sukha nariyal no bhukko (khaman)
- dry fruits barik cut karela
- charoli

Banawani Reet:

- Garam pani ma gol ne palahri ne rakho jyar tak barabar melt na thai jai.... Pachhi pani gali lo....

- Ek pan ma ghee garam karo ane ehma khandela ghav nalho a'e barabar mix karo.... Ehno colour halko dark thai tyar tak....

- Pachhi ehma gol nu pani nakho ane barabar mix kari lo....

- Cover kari ne 15-20 minutes slow flame par thava do....vachma vachma check karta raho....

- Zarurat pare toh softness maate gol nu pani nakhi sako chho....

- Garam serve karo.... Koi bhi pyalo jeno shape fine hoi ehma thuli nakho.... Barabar press karo ane ehne ulto karo toh pyala na shape ma aavi jase thuli....

- Pachhi ehna par Dry fruits, khaman ane charoli si garnish kari ne serve karo.....
