Ingredents
Chana daal soaked fr 5-6 hrs 1 cup
Urad daal soaked fr 5- 6 hrs 1/ 3 cup
Soaked Poha 1/3 cup
Ginger 1 small pc chopped
Green chillies 3 pc chopped
Salt to taste
Haldi pwdr 1 tspn
Baking soda 1 tspn
Oil 3 tblsn
Black pepper pwdr 1 tspn
Nilon sev nd butter fr garnishing
Green garlic chutney fr serving vth...
Procedure

Soak chana daal nd urad daal fr 5 hrs
Soak poha while grinding
First grind chana daal vth ginger nd chillies
Then grind urad daal vth poha
After dat mix all d ingredents together exept butter nd sev...add water if needed..
Dan pour d mixure into d greased tray..sprinkle sm black pepper powder over it nd steam it fr 20 mnts..serve hot vth green garlic chutney ,sev nd butter...

: Green garlic chutney:

Green garlic 1 cup
Coriander 1 cup
Chilly 2 pc
Salt to taste
Lime juice 2 tspn
Sugar 1 tspn
Sev 1 cup
Jeera pwder 1 tspn
Grind it all vth required water..
