- Mutton ne Adarak, Garlic ane Salt add kari merinate karo.... raw papaya paste hoi tu fine.... Papaya paste add kareso mutton fine gali jaye Che. 1 kalak merinate karo.


- Mutton ma masalo karo Biristo crush kari Curd sathe mix kari add karo kothmir, pudino, Red chilli powder, dhana jiru, garam masalo,Biryani masalo ready malay che add karo. 

- Tapela ma oil ya ghee add kari Bay leaves, whole garam masalo, chopped Tomatoes, patatoes ya  boil eggs tamaney je pasand hoi add kari mutton add kari Cover kari 5 minutes Cover kari Slow  flame par thawa do. Dungar karo....

- Rice  maate Tapela ma water garam karo tema jiru salt whole garam masalo, Shaijiru ilachi, taj add kari water boil thaye pachhi palarela Rice add kari boil karo Rice....

- 1/ 3 Cook karo jiyada naram na karo mutton sathe Cook karewanu Chhe tesi Rice jiyada Cook na karo....

- Tapela  ma 2 spoon ghee add kari thoda rice Spread kari  mutton masalo  Spread karo. Jiyada banawo cho tu Rice & Mutton na 2  layers karo thoda hoi Rice na upper masalo Muki  mint  lemon juice Biristo muki  Rice nu layer karo . Rice na top par Biristo kesar milk ma add kari ne Spread karo.... Thodu ghee add kari. Thali thi Cover kari.... Thali par wajan muko Steam  na niklay Awu  cover karo 5  thi 7 minutes fast  flame ma rehawado.. 

- Flame par thick Roti nu Tawa nay akdam garam kari Biryani nu Tapela muki dum par 20 minutes Slow  flame  Cook karo. Steam thi Mutton Cook thaye  Che. because Row mutton Che matay Steam thi  barabar  Cook karo  tarataj tsprlu kholjo nahi thodu time rehawado.
