Kolachi Paneer Reshmi Chicken handi

Kolachi Paneer Reshmi handi 😍

1kg boneless chicken cubes(i used thigh boneless cuz its juicy n soft)
1tbsp gg paste
1tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin seeds(roasted n crushed)
1 tsp coriander seeds (roasted n crushed)
1tsp garam masala
1tsp white pepper
2tbsp of lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1tsp heaped chicken powder
1 onion sliced
1 capsicum sliced
1/2 cup oil
1tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup cream
2 slices of cheddar cheese or 4tbsp grated
Cheese triangles 2 + 1 f9r garnishing 
Salt to taste (be careful while adding salt as we are adding in cheese nd chicken powder which is alreay salted)
1/2 cup milk
Method:
Heat Oil add in chicken n gg paste nd fry till the chicken turns white.add in all spices  mentioned above nd cook for  more 5 to 7 minutes.Add in capsicum, onion n lemon juice,let it cook for more 5 minutes.Add cheedar cheese,2 cheese triangles,cream nd milk stir for 2 minutes or untill cheese melts.in the end garnish with butter nd remaining 1 cheese triangle nd serve hot.

PS:u can give coal smoke if u want but in authentic kolachi paneer reshmi they dont give coal smoke.
