Tomato Rawa Paratha

1 1/2 cup suji 
2 tomato grinded 
2 green chilli 
I onion finely chopped 
Coriander leaves 
Salt to taste 
3 or 4 table spoon butter milk 
Roasted jeera 
Oil fr frying 
Put suji in a bowl mix grinded tomato onion green chilli coriander jeera powder salt add buttermilk little make a thick paste neither a batter consistancy nor a dough meduim thick. 
Heat a nonstick pan put a dough size batter in it spread it wid finger tips or spatulla cover it and cook on slow flame. Then flip it and cook frm other side. Its done
