Cream Tomato Soup

Ingredients


  • 4 cups chopped ripe tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf (tejpatta)
  • 3 whole black pepper (akha mari)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter (masko)
  • 1 tbsp flour (maida)
  • 2 tsp sugar 
  • salt & Black pepper powder (namak ane kaali mari powder) to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh cream 

Method In English 

  • Take a fry pan and place it on gas, now add chopped tomatoes + bay leaf + whole black pepper and cook well
  • Tomatoes should be cooked well.
  • Now Remove bay leaf and allow mixture to coll 
  • now add mixer in grinder and grind well 
  • now strain the mixture and place it aside,,,,, (we need thick paste)
  • now take a another frying pan and  heat butter in it and then add flour in it and mix well..
  •  now add tomatoes paste and 1 cup water in it and again mix well
  • now add sugar in it 
  • now black pepper powder & salt as per taste
  • now add cream and coriander in it and cook for 2 mins 
  • your soup is ready 
  • serve hot
