Vegetable Garlic Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tsp chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 Cup Chopped & Boiled vegetables (French Beans, Carrot, green Peas, Cauliflower)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
- 3 cups water
- 2 tsp Oats
- 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander (kothmir)
- Salt & Black Pepper Powder to Taste (kaala maari)
Method In English
- Take A frying Pan and heat it, add oil , chopped garlic & onions and mix well for 2 mins
- now add vegetables & 3 cups water
- now salt & black pepper powder to taste
- mix well & cook for 2 mins
- now add oats & coriander
- now mix well and cook for 2 mins
- Soup is ready
- Serve Hot
