Vegetable Garlic Soup



Ingredients


  • 2 tsp chopped Garlic 
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 Cup Chopped & Boiled vegetables (French Beans, Carrot, green Peas, Cauliflower)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tsp Oats
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander (kothmir)
  • Salt & Black Pepper Powder to Taste (kaala maari)

Method In English 

  • Take A frying Pan and heat it, add oil , chopped garlic & onions and mix well for 2 mins 
  • now add vegetables & 3 cups water
  • now salt & black pepper powder to taste 
  • mix well & cook for 2 mins 
  • now add oats & coriander
  • now mix well and cook for 2 mins  
  • Soup is ready 
  • Serve Hot
