Diwali Special Farsan-Chakli

DIWALI SPECIAL CHAKLI
THINGS NEEDED:
- Salt to taste
- 2 cup rice flour
- 2 tspn curd
- 1/2 tspn turmeric
- 1/2 tspn roasted cumin seeds
- 1 tspn seesame seeds
- 1 tspn ginger-green chilli paste
- ghee
- oil


HOW TO MAKE:
- In rice flour add curd, cumin seeds, ginger- chilli paste, salt, seesame seeds and melted ghee....Mix well and make dough....the dough should not be very soft.....
- You can use moulds or plastic bag for making chakli.... If mould is not available then make cone from milk plastic bag....
- Make spirals from cone and deep fry....
- Store in air tight container....
