Diwali Special Kaju Katli From 4 Ingredients Only
Ingredients
- 2 cup cashew (kaju)
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ghee for greasing
- 1 cup water
How To Make In English
- first grind the cashews well..... and make a powder
- now take a bowl and add cashew powder and milk powder in it and mix well
- now take a non stick pan and add water and sugar in it and cook on high flame for 7-8 mins ... till all sugar melts in water
- now on medium flame add the cashew-sugar powder in it
- cook for atleast 3-4 mins and keep steering continoulsy so that the paste does get stick to the pan
- now take the paste and pour in plate and keep it aside for 30 mins so it come to room temperature
- now remove the paste from plate and make dough as we do to make chapatis
- make 2-3 round ball from the dough
- now take a flat plate and grease it with oil
- and then make round thick chapatis shape of the dough
- keep it aside for 2-3 hours
- now cut it into nay shape you want
- kaju katli ready
