Diwali Special Kaju Katli From 4 Ingredients Only


Ingredients 

  • 2 cup cashew (kaju)
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • ghee for greasing 
  • 1 cup water 

How To Make In English 
  • first grind the cashews well..... and make a powder
  • now take a bowl and add cashew powder and milk powder in it and mix well 
  • now take a non stick pan  and add water and sugar in it and cook on high flame for 7-8 mins ... till all sugar melts in water
  • now on medium flame add the cashew-sugar powder in it 
  • cook for atleast 3-4 mins  and keep steering continoulsy so that the paste does get stick to the pan 
  • now take the paste and pour in plate and keep it aside for 30 mins so it come to room temperature
  • now remove the paste from plate and make dough as we do to make chapatis 
  • make 2-3 round ball from the dough 
  • now take a flat plate and grease it with oil 
  • and then make round thick chapatis shape of the dough
  • keep it aside for 2-3 hours 
  • now cut it into nay shape you want
  • kaju katli ready
