Lonavala Style Peanut Chikki (sing ni chikki ) in just 2 Steps By SMB Recipes (english)

Ingredients 
  • 2 Cup Peanut (seng)
  • 1.5 cup jaggery (gud, gol)
  • 2 tbsp water 
How To Make 
Step-1
take a pan and add peanuts in it 
dry roast for 10 mins on low flame 
keep stirring continuously 
all skin get removed
now keep it aside 

Step-2 

now take another pan add Jaggery and water in it 
cook it on low flame till all jaggery melts.... keep stirring continuously 
now boil it on slow flame for 5 mins 
you will get a thick glittery color

to check if your jaggery is ready for chikki.... take little jaggery and put in water.... if it hardens immediately it is ready 


now switch off the gas and add peanuts to the jaggery mixture and mix well 


next take a plate greased with oil... and pour the peanut-jaggery mixture in it and spread well in the plate


next turn the plate upside down and remove the chikki form the plate 


cut into your desired shapes and sizes....cut the chikki when it is hot
