- 6 large grated carrots (gajar)
- 2-3 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (elaichi )
- 1/2 cup mawa
- 1/4 cup grated cashew, almond pistachio (kaju badam pista)
How To Make In English
- Maximum cooking time 15 mins
- take a pan and add ghee in it, heat it for 2-3 mins
- then add carrot to it mix well with ghee
- close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins on slow flame
- then open the lid and add milk to it and again mix well
- close the lid and cook for 4-5 mins on slow flame
- open the lid and add sugar to it mix well
- then add cardamon powder to it again mix well
- then add mawa to it and again mix well
- in the end add dry fruits to it and again mix well
- Halwa is ready
