White Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients 

  • 600 gm chopped white chocolate
  • 200 gm milk cream 

How To Make In English

  • first boil the mil cream and switch off the gas before boiling point 
  • second take the white chocolate in a bowl and add the hot milk cream to it 
  • keep it a sided for 2 mins 
  • next mix the chocolate milk mixture well 
  • make sure there are no lumps in it 
  • add 1 tbsp butter to add shine to it,,
  • please note in dark chocolate ganache we take 1:3 ratio... that is 1 part milk cream and 3 parts chocolate
