SU JOSE:

- 1 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 2 spoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder  1/2tsp
- Vinegar 2tbsp

- Blender ma egg phodo ehma Baki sagla ingredients nakhi do except oil and blender start Kari do 2-3 minute blender chalwa do pachi dhire dhire ehma oil nakho without stopping the blender....

- Blender chalu rehvu Joye..And oil nakho toh dhire dhire ye thick thatu jase....

- Jyare mayonnaise ni consistency jowai to blender stop kari ne Mayonnaise koi air tight bottle ma bhari lo..

- Mayonnaise 1-2 week tak refrigerator ma fine rehse....
