Non Veg Paani Poori

Non-Veg Paani Poori 
Recipe By Fatemabhen Ogna 








Some chopped cabbage
Capsicum beans 
red bell paper 
yellow bell paper
boiled sweet corn and 
boiled boneless chiken


Now frying pan ma 1-2 tbsp oil grm krwanu ehma thoru ginger chopped kri ne fry krwanu

pachi ehma sgli chopped kareli vegetables ne fry krwanu

fry kri ne ehma boiled bonless chiken ne chundo(chopped) kri ne malawani

Next
ane ehma  
red chilli flakes thoda milawana
chaat masala  
cheese ane mayyonise milawanu aa apni pani puri ni filling ready thayee

Hwe puri lewani ne ehma aa filling bhrwani pachi uper c tometo souse ane cheese great kri ane thori patli sev si garnish kri lewanu aa apni non veg pani puri ready


Makhmali Chicken

Makhmali Chicken

Marinate 
1kg chicken in 
ginger garlic paste, 
Tikka masala 100gm, 
Curd 1/2cup, 
Lime juice 1tsp, 
Red chili pwdr 3 tbsp, 
Salt n pepper to taste, 
Vineger n corn flour 1 tbsp 
Keep for 5/6hours or overnight. 


Thn make thin paste of corn flour wit water 
dip chicken pieces in it n deep fry them keep aside. 

Take oil 3tbsp in a non stick pan 
add chopped garlic 1tbsp
curry leaves 
cumin send, 
til seed, 
cashew nut, 
whole red chili 2-3, 
roast it 

Then add 1cup tomato sauce n red chili sauce 2 tbsp n red chili powder 2 tsp or acc to ur choice how much spicy u want n salt to taste 

add lil water n cook then cook for 2-3 min when sauce become in dark red colour add chicken pieces n saute it 
add til for garnishing..

Take a non stick pan heat it 
Add 1 tsp oil 
Add chopped veggies like capsicum, carrot , boiled peas,corn,cabbage and saute it 
Add schezwan sauce 2-3 tsp
Add tomato sauce 1-2 tsp , 
salt pepper, chat masala and mix 
Add grated paneer 200 gm and grated cheese 5 cubes mix well
let it cool

Then take a spring roll sheet put some stuffing n roll it like spring roll n fry it till golden serve with sauce n chutney

Rose Falooda Premix Powder


Vada From Leftover Idli Batter


Recipe by : Fatemabhen Murtuzabhai  Jariwala

Ingredients :

Left over idly batter
(1 & 1/2 cup)
Suji (1/2 cup)
Onion chopped (1/2 cup)
Green chillies (1tsp)
Salt ( to taste)
Corrainder (half cup approx)

 Method:

Mix all the above ingredients nicely and let it rest for 15-20 mins.

After 15-20 take spoon size batter and deep fry.

Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

 *_*Optional : to add all dry masalas.

For kids : skip green chillies.*_*
