Keri pyaaz nu saag
Kachi Keri -1 medium size
Pyaaz- 4 medium size
Gol -.100 gm approx (taste na hisaab si khattu ya meethu Kari sakai)
Rai - half teaspoon
Methi- Dana one spoon 
Jeeru- half spoon
Lasan - 4 to 5 Kali
Kadi- patta 4 to 5 leaves
Tel- one tablespoon
Lal mircha - half spoon
Haldi - paa chamchi
Salt -taste na hisaab si

Hamna kachi Keri ni season Che toh banavi sakye
Aa saag dal, kadi, palidu ya ahne ammaj bhi roti ya par saathe khaai sake che
Ghanuj tasty n chatpatu bane che
Aa recipe ne kadai n cooker beve ma banavi sakye Che

Pyaaz ne patla slices ma Kapi lo..
Keri ne cheeli ne nahna pieces kro
Ek kadai / cooker ma tel garam kro Ahma Rai jeeru methi Dana lasan  kadi patta no vaghar kro
Pachhi Ahma pyaaz nakho n gulaabi thava do.
Pachhi Ahma kapeli Keri Lal mircha haldi n gol naakhi saglu  Barabar mix kro..
Kadai ne dhaaki ne slow flame pr muki n Tyaar tak thava jya tak Keri gali na jaai.......OR
Cooker na dhakkan ne band kro...
Pehli seeti Pachhi slow gas pr 5 - 7 mnts rehva do..
