Lagan Murgi Gravy

Lagan Murgi gravy Recipe by Umme Salama Dawood Falak.

Ingredients:
1kg Drumsticks(Murgi ni legs)
200grms tamatar puree
1tblsp mayonise
3/4tblsp adrak paste
1/2 tsp hara marcha crushed
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp lal marcha powdr
1/2 tblsp tandoori masalo
1/2 tsp oil
1 piyaj
1 shimla mirch
1 cup pan
Salt to taste

Method:
Lagan ne slow flame per muki ehma sab nakhi do (onion shimla mirch ane pani na alawa).Achchi tarah mix karo ane 1 cup pani nakhi ne 1minute halavo.Pachi onion ane shimla mirch dice ma cut kari ne nakho ane lagan ne dhakido.20 to 25 minutes baad check karo agar murgi gali gayee toh flame off karido.
Yummy Lagan Murgi is ready to serve.

NOTE: agar gravy thick hoi toh haji pani nakhi sako cho.

Decore waste boil egg n kothmir use kari sake che.

Spicy waste tandoori masalo aur ziyada nakhi sako cho.

  2. Lagan ne muki ne sab nakhi de pan su agal si mari ate karvanu che k lagan ma directly masala nakhiye. Please write in detail
