SCHEZWAN POTATOES

Sehzwaan potatoes
sakinaben Kutbuddinbhai Valiulla

( spicy and tangy flavour)

ingredients :-
5 potatoes medium size boiled and cut into cube shape( par fry potatoes can also be used)
1 cup cabbage shredded
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup french beans diamond shaped
1/2 cup capsicum cubed shape
3 tbsp oil
1 pinch jeera
8 to 9 garlic clove finely chopped
1 tbsp green chil sauce, red chill sauce, tomato ketchup (u can use according to your taste as well)
2 tblsp- chings sehzwan chutney
2 teaspoon vinegar
1 teasp dark soya sauce
coriander and green onion for garnishing.

Method:- Heat oil in a pan and add jeera n garlic den add alll vegetables just saute it for 2 min maximum ( plz c to it they does not get cook fully) den add all sauces, vinegar, sehzwan chutney and mix it well then add boil potatoes and mix it and keep on low flame for 2 min and last garnish with coriander and green onions
Serve hot🔥
