500gms Paneer
350gms Petha
50gms Mawa
Milkmaid for taste
Dudh masala for decoration
Ilaichi pwd 1/2 tsp
Kesar crushed1/2 tsp

Mix petha n paneer very nicely with ilaichi pwd n kesar.
Now make balls from that mixture
Now press with your thumb in middle of that balls n freeze for half n hour.
Now take a nonstick Pan , add mawa n milkmaid in it.
Now take Paneer balls n fill this mawa mixture in the middle of it n decorate it with doodh masala.
It's very easy n tasty sweet.
