FLAVOURED MILK EID KHARAK

kharak
          Milk
          Custured PWD
          Dry fruits finely chopped
Method:- kharak ne 3-4hrs milk ma palaro jaha lag e naram na pare.
N den je milk ma kharak palareli hoi yej milk ma custured PWD mix Karo n low flame par cook karo jaha lag milk ekdum thik na Thai jai.
N den keep it at room temperature for cooling d milk.
Den ehma dry fruits nakhi mix Karo till dry fruits ekdum mix na Thai jai.
N kharak ne middle si part Kari ehma si seed nikali n pour dis mixture n keep in fridge for cooling.
Note:-mixture ekdum thik howu joiye so dat tamey kharak ma fill Karo to kharak si bahar na nikli jai.
Optional:-u can also add flavours in milk.bt wen d milk is completely cool on room temperature den only u can add in it.
If u want to make as rose flavour den u can add rose syrup or if chocolate den chocolate syrup.....any flavour of ur choice u can add in dis manner
