- Bateta na paste ma pyaj, kothmir, dhana jeeru, green marcha ane salt nakhi ne barabar mix kari do....
- Ek lava si roti banavo ane ehna par bateta nu paste spread kari do ane pachhi biji roti si cover kari do....
- Corners ne chipkavi do pani si....
- Barabar paratha ne vani lo....Thick banvo jove....
- Tawa par nakhi ne seki lo.... Kinari par oil nakhi ne bewe side seki lo....
- Garam paratha ne serve karo ehna par cheese grate kari ne chhirki do ane chutney ane sauce sathe serve karo....

Stuffed Aaloo Paratha (English)
- Very easy to make...
- Can be taken for travelling....
Things Needed:
- Salt
- Wheat flour
- Oil
- Boiled Mashed Potato
- Finely chopped onion or spring onion
- Coriander leaves
- Dhana Jeeru powder
- Green chilli
- Garlic paste
- Garam masala
- warm water
- Ghee
How To Make:
- Take wheat flour, put oil and salt and knead well with warm water....
- Put onion, coriander, dhana jeeru, green chilli and salt in mashed potato and mix well....
- Make balls from dough bigger than roti balls....
- Roll 1 roti put the potato paste and spread well and cover with another roti....
- Stick the corners of paratha with water....
- Roll the paratha well....
- Put on the and roast it well with oil....
- Serve paratha well with sprinkling grated cheese and green chutney and Sauce....
