INGREDIENTS
Sweet potatoes 2pcs
Fresh cream 4 spoons
Milk maid 1/2 tin
Milk 1 cup
Ealichi powder 2 tbspn
Kesar 5 to 6 strands.
Digestive biscuits 3 to 4
Dry fruits can be used for garnishing.

_THIS IS EASY FAST AND NO COOKING OTHER THAN BOILING SWEET POTATOES_
*Method*
Boil sweet potatoes
Mix elaichi powder milk and half milk maid of the given quantity. Add Kesar strands.
Use a hand blender to get them all together.
Refrigerate for 5 10min.

Prepare *Base* for serving.
Hand crush digestive biscuits. Add remaining milkmaid and 1 spoon of milk to mix it easily.
Pour this crunchy mixture to each glass or dish. And refrigerate for 10 12 min.
Take out the mixture and pour it to the glass or dish. Keep in fridge for at least 15min for proper chilling.
*Garnish with heap full fresh cream.*
If not fresh cream fruits or dry fruits can also be used as an option .
