Caramel Custard Pudding

 Ingredients


  • 800 ml milk 
  • 200 ml milk cream 
  • 5 tbsp sugar 
  • 15 gms agar agar powder (vegetarian gelatin)(halal gelatin)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
For The Caramel 
5 tbsp sugar 


How To Make In Gujarati 

  • pehla doodh ne gas par slow flame par muko  ane pachi yehma milk cream ,sugar add karo,, continous stir karjo pachi yehma agar agar powder and vanilla essence add karjo ane barabar stir karjo slow flame par 
  • aa mixture ne barabr ubali lejo...
  • pachi aa mixture ne side par muki dejo....
  • hawe a non-stick pan ma 5 tbsp sugar add karo  ane slow flame par sugar ne melt thawa do... ek brown colour nu paste banse,,,,
  • pachi small bowls lo ane yehna botton ma 1 spoon aa melted sugar ankjo... ane ane yehna par pachi aa milk nu mixture nakho.... (small cups ma same way repeart karjo... pooro mixture ekaj bowl ma na nakhi dejo )
  • 30 mins maate deep freeze karo 
  • pachi yeh mixture na bowl ne ek plate par ulto muko ane yeh mixture ne bahar nikalo 
  • pudding is ready 


How To Make In English 

  • Take Milk in a pan, and place it on gas on slow flame ... add milk cream, sugar , agar-agar powder and vanilla essence to it and stir well with whisker...
  • allow the milk to reach boiling point and the keep it aside and allow it to cool 
  • in another frying pan add 5 tbsp sugar in it and allow it to melt on slow flame... you will get a thick brown color paste..
  • now take small bowls and first add 1 spoon melted sugar to the botton and the add smalll quantity of milk mixture to it (please note do not add the entire mixture in one bowl)
  • now keep the bowl in deep freeze for 30 mins
  • remove the bowl and place it on a plate upside down.. and slow tap to remove the pudding...
  • the caramel part will be on top...
  • pudding in ready
