Custard Ice-Cream

Ingredients 


  • 1 glass milk 
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream 
  • 1/2 cup sugar 
  • 2 tbsp custard powder

How To Make In Gujarati 

  • pehla custard powder ma 2-3 spoon milk add karo ane barabar mix karilo gatha na howa joiye 
  • then 1 glass milk ne ubali lo ane ane yeh ubli jai tyare yehnu gas slow flame par karo ane cusrtad-milk nu mixture yehma add karo ane continously stire karo....
  • 5 mins tak stir kara baad gas band karido 
  • milk ne room temperature par aawdo...
  • pachi yehne ek plastic na dakkan wala dabba na bakhi ne deep freeze karjo.....
  • 2 hours baad yeh mixture ne nikali lejo ane grinder ma nakhjo ane yehma fresh cream add karjo ane barabar grind kari lejo....
  • aek thick paste banwo joiye..... 
  • pachi again yehne plastic na dabbad ma muki ne deep freeze karjo.... 
  • ice-cream 

How To Make In English

  • First add 2-3 spoon milk in custard powder and mix well make sure there are no lumps and keep aside
  • next boil 1 glass milk and as soon as it reaches boiling point add slow the gas flame and add custard+milk mixture to it and continuously stir it..
  • cook for 5 mins, and then allow it cool to room temperature.
  • take a plastic box/ bottle with lid and add this mixture to it and deep freeze it for 2 hours  
  • then remove the mixture and put it in grinder and add fresh cream to it and grind it welll...
  • u will get thick paste...
  • and then again put the mixture again in plastic box with lid and deep freeze it 
  • ice cream is ready
