EGG PARATHA FROM LEFTOVER ROTIS

Egg paratha frm leftover rotis

Ingredients :
1 egg
One small onion
Handful of coriander leaves (dhaniya Patti)
Salt, green chill paste or red mirchi optional (swad anusar)
One teaspoon zeeru.
2 to 3 teaspoon of ghee for rotis
Method :
Mix all ingredients with egg (note :all ingredients must be chopped very small) except ghee.
Now take pan and put 2 teaspoon of ghee, make the flame on low heat, take ur paratha and make space between them and pour whole egg mixture in paratha and on slow flame let them set for 3 to 4 minutes, now flip carefully. Ur egg parthas are ready to serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney
