Fruit Custard

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ltr milk 
  • 250 ml milk 
  • 200 gms sugar 
  • 100 gms custard powder (any flavor u want)
  • 1 bowl pomegranate (anar)
  • 1 bowl grapes
  • 6 banana
  • 2 apple

Method In Gujarati 
  • pehla doodh 1.5 ltr doodh garam karo ane yehma sugar add karido..
  • next ek bowl ma 250 ml milk lo ane yehma custard powder add karo ane barabar mix karilo gatha na aawa joiye..
  • pachi dooth ubli jai yehma aa custard+ milk nu mixture add karido.. gas slow flame par rakhjo.. ane continous stir karjo..
  • 5-10 mins aa bewe mixture ne pakavjo.... 
  • aa mixture ne gas par si utarilo ane room temperature par aawa baad fridge ma mukido thando thawa maate...
  • 1-2 hours baad nikaljo ane  yehma fruit kari dejo ane bar mix kari dejo.... thodo thod mixture lejo ane yehma fruits add karjo ane serve karjo... poora mixture ma ek saathe fruits na aadd kari dejo
  • aa fruit custard ready che 
  • serve chilled
Method In English
  • First Boil 1.5 ltr milk and add sugar to it 
  • next  take a bowl and add 250 milk (normal room temperature) and add custard powder in it... mix well.. make sure there are no lumps formed...
  • when the milk reaches its boiling point add this milk+custard powder mixture in it....
  • mix welll on slow flame for 5-10 mins....
  • u will get a thick paste...
  • now switch off the gas and allow the mixture to reach room temperature and then put in fridge and allow it to coll for 1-2 hours 
  • now remove it from fridge.... take a required quantity in serving bowl.... add fruits to it and mix well..
  • your fruit custard is ready 
  • serve chilled
