Rava Uttapam :

Ingredients
1/2 cup rava
1/2 cup water
3 tspn lemon juice
Pinch baking soda
Salt as per taste
Oil
1 green chilli
1 small onion - chopped
1 small tomato - chopped
Coriander
Method
1. Soak the rava in water and let it rest for 30 mins at room temperature. Meanwhile chopped the veggies.
2. After 30 mins add lemon juice, salt, coriander, green chilli and chopped veggies (can add capsicum, spring onion or cabbage if you want)
3. Lastly add a pinch of baking soda and mix well.
4. Heat a tawa and spread little oil.
5. Take the batter in a big spoon and pour on tawa and spread it.
6. Apply some oil on the sides.
7. When the based is cooked, flip the uttapam.
8. Serve it hot with raita or coconut chutney.
