CHEESY CORN BALLS

Cheesy Corn Balls 燎
Recipe By:
Insiyabeh Abdulkaderbhai  Bhanpurawala
Ingredients
Sweet corn
Potatoes
Cheese
Ginger paste
Green chillie paste
Black pepper powder
Maida
Corn flour (for mixture and coating)
Bread crumbs
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
Method
1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
2. Boil n roughly grind the corn.
3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs and oil. Make a smooth mixture.
4. Make balls from this mixture and keep it in fridge to rest for 15 -20 mins.
5. Make a batter of maida, cornflour, water and salt.
6. Heat oil in a kadai.
7. First coat the balls in cornflour then dip in the batter and again coat it with bread crumbs.
8. Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
9. Serve it with tomato  ketchup.
