Lamasa Dough Making





Lamasa:- dough making
Ingredients:
2spoon fevicol
2 spoon corn flour
1cap glycerine
1spoon water
A pinch boric powder/ zinc oxide(optional; if used better)
Vaseline/any cold cream
Zip lock bags
Polythene/plastic bag
(Aa saglu measurements basic 1 lump dough maate che agar wadhare jotu hoi toh aej anusar measurements increase Kare)

Method:
Step1:Ek old bowl lav add in 2spoon fevicol ane equal amt of cornflour, 1 cap glycerine,1 spoon water n a pinch zinc oxide(optional)zinc oxide naakhso toh dough wadhare din rehse kharab nai thai.

Step2:Mix karo, dhyaan ma rakhjo ke koi lumps form na thai.Smooth batter thavu joiye tyar tak mix karo.

Step3:Ek old non-stick pan/pot/koi old vessel lav,ehma Vaseline ya koi cold cream lagawo ke tamaru batter chipki na jai.

Step4:Gas on karo,batter naakho n 5-7 min cook thava dav,continuous halawta rehjo taake 1 single lump dough form thai.

Step5:Koi plastic/plastic bag lav,ehna Upar Vaseline lagawo n tamari hateli par bhi,pan ma si dough nikali ne plastic par muko.

 Step6:Aata ne jem gundta hoi aem aa dough ne gundo taake jeena jeena lumps chutta thai jai.

Step7:Dough smooth thaya baad tamaru dough ready che.Ehne zip lock bag ya koi bhi air tight container ma store kari lav taake air saathe contact ma na thai.

Step8:Aa dough si tame ghana badha shapes banavi sako cho like fruits,flowers,veg etc ane fancy items bhi banavi sakai che like rida pins, sakardani,namakdani etc.
