Pyaz Bhajiya (Pakode)

Bhajiya Recipe






250 gm kilo Chana No Aato

2 tspn Lasan marcha paste
1 big onion
2 tspn lal marcha powder
2 tspn dhana jeeru bhukko
1 chapti haldi
kothmir
salt to taste

Onion ane kothmir ne ekdum barik kati lo....

Saglu milavi ne thick paste banavi lo.... bav thick na hoi ane bav patli bhi na hoi....
Ane deep fry kari lo....




Pakore ki recipe

250 gm besan
2 tspn lasun- mirch paste
1 big onion
2 tspn lal mirch powder
2 tspn dhana jeeru powder
1 chutki haldi
kothmir
salt to taste

Pyaj aur kothmir ko bhi barik katna hain....


sab sath mein mila do aur thick paste bana do....bahut ghat bhi nahi aur patla bhi nahi hona chahiye.....



Aur usein deep fry kar lo....
