- 1 tspn adrak-lasan paste
- 1 tspn lal marcha
- 2 tspn schezwan chutney
- 1/2 cup maido
- 1/2 cup cornflour (makkai no atto)

BANAWANI REET:

- Bowl ma barik kapeli gobi nakhi ne ehna ma namak nakhi ne barabar mix karo jyar tak ehma si pani chhute....

- Pachhi ehma adrak-lasan paste , lal marcha powder ane  schezwan chutney nakhi ne mix kari do....

- Pachhi ehma maido ane makkai no atto equal quantity ma milavi ne barabar hilawi lo....

- Thick batter jem banse....

- Pachhi ehne deep fry kari lo....

- Schezwan chutney sathe serve karo....
