- 4 small size Ringna (baingan, brinjal)
- 1 medium pyaj
- 50 gm kachi seengh
- 50 gm daliya
- 50 gm white tal
- 1 tspn khas khas
- 1 tspn akhkhu jeeru
- 1 tspn lasan paste
- 1 tspn lal marcha
- 1 tspn dhana jeeru no bhukko
- pa chamchi haldi

BANAWANI REET:
- Kachi seengh, daliya, tal ane khas khas ne grind kari lo....
- Tel garam karo ehma pyaj, lasan paste ane akhkhu jeeru, lal marcha, dhana jeeru powder, haldi ane swad na hisab si namak nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Ringna ne upar si thora kholi ne ehma masalo bhari do ane waghar ma nakhi do ane dhaki ne muki do.... thori thori waar pachhi hilawta raho.... dhyan rahe masalo niche chipki na jai....
- Ane bharva na hoi toh grind karela masala ne bhi waghar ma nakhi do.... 2 minutes seki lo pachhi ehma cubes ma cut kari ne ringna nakhi do.... ane thori thori vaar pachhi hilawata raho....
