Fry Chicken Tikka

Fry chicken  tikka  recipe
Recipe By- Sakinabhen Juzarbhai Bootwala







1/2 kg boneless  chicken ,

1tbsp ginger garlic  paste, 
2 table spoon cream or dahi, 
Salt, 
Red chilli  powder,(as per your taste)
For more spicy you  can  add 
(Black pepper )
Eggs,2-3
Suji or Rawo,

Cut small  cubes  of boneless  chicken,wash...drain off excess  water  completely. 

Take the  boneless chicken  pieces  in a bowl. Add the above all ingredients and keep it for 6-8 hrs.
Take wooden  sticks insert  into it 4-5 chicken cubes 
Roll it in Suji or Rawo. .and dip in egg's  (eggs beaten in salt and red chilli  pwd )
Deep fry...serve hot  with..tomato sauce.;greenchutney;or lemons
