HOW TO MAKE GULKAND AT HOME

- Gulkand si acidity ma rahat thai chhe.... Stomach heat kam kare chhe..... Stress reduce kare chhe.... Also good for skin.... Pimple thata hoi toh bhi effective chhe ane haji bija ghana faida chhe....
- Paan ma main ingredient gulkand chhe.... Gulkand har jagah nai miltu pan so ghare banavi sakye chhe easily....
SU JOSE:
- 2 cup gulab na petals
- 2 cup Shakkar
- 2 cup Shakkar
BANAWANI REET:
- Gulab na petals ane shakkar ne equal quantity ma levana....
- Petals ne wash kari ne sukhavi do taake pani na rahe....
- Glass jar ma pehla ek layer petals nu nakho ane pachhi ehna shakkar nakhi do....Aam pura jar ma petals ane shakkar nu layer banavi do....Ane tightly cover kari do....
- Aa jar ne roz dhoop ma muki rakho..... depending on kitli heat chhe .... 7 days si 10 days ya vadhare bhi laagi sake chhe....
- Roz ek vaar jar ne shake karo ya barabar hilawi lo....
- Colour change thai jase ane shakkar barabar pigli jase means gulkand ready chhe....
- Agar eklu gulkand na khavai tph paan na patta par fakt gulkand lagavi ne khaye toh bhi bav fine laage chhe....
