Khara samosa ya dal na samosa.
Tuvar dal ne pani ma haldi ane namak nakhi ne pakawi dewani, itli ke ek tuvar nu dano finger si dabawa si tuti jae. Ekdum naram na thai. Pachi ehne gaali lo(strain it) dal ma sekelu zeera pwdr, thodu su namak, baarik kapeli green chillies, spring onions, pudina ane kothmir kaapi ne mix kari lo. Dal nu mishran ready che.

Mitha samosa ya rawa halwa.
1 and half tbsp ghee ma 1cup rawa nakho ane seko jyar sudhi ye light cream color thai jaye. Pachi ehma 1/4th cup pani nakhi ne pakawo ane shakkar bhi apna taste hisabe nakho. Pani ne sukhavi lo. Gas off kari do. Hawe rawa ma piseli elaichi ya pwdr, badam pista ni katran ya pwdr ane kismis ane charoli nakhi ne mix kari lo. Thandu kari lo. Rawa nu halwo ready che.

Homemade Samosa.

Oil lo ane samosa fry kari lo. Serve hot
