Namak Mari No Gosht

NAMAK MARI NO GOSHT
Recipe By-Amenabhen Zaveri


Ingredients:
Gosht  500gm
Bateta 750gm
Ginger paste 2tb sp
Crush black pepper 2 tb sp
White vineger 3/4cup
Oil 1/2cup
Salt as per taste
For garnishing
Boiled egg, kothmir, boiled green peas..



Method-
Gosht ne namak, mari, ginger paste n vineger ma 2 hrs marinate karo. Bateta na ekdum nahna n patla pieces kari lo. Tapela ma oil garam kari n bateta n namak  nakhi thori waar pakawo. Pachi ema marinate karelo gosht nakhi do n gosht gali jai taar tak thawa do. Bateta bhi ekdum soft thai jase n gravy bhi bateta nij thase. Roti k paratha saathe serve karo...
