1-cut 1cm thick strips from crusts of bread slices.
2 beat an egg dip each bread strip into the beaten egg roll in gingerly seeds
3 bake in a greased baking tray in preheated oven 160oc for 15 -20 minutes or till crisp and golden brown.
4 turn sticks over once in between. Serve warm.
