BEDA ROTI

- Morning breakfast which I make quite often ... it taste delicious n v simple n nutritious also

For 2 ppl
4 rotis ( leftover hoi toh better)
3 eggs
1 small onion finely cut
Coriander leaves chopped
1 green chilly finely chopped
Dhanu jeeru powder
Little turmeric powder
Little red chilli powder
Salt to taste

Beat 3 eggs in a bowl
Add onions, coriander, green cliilies n all d sukha masala beat well also add little milk to it ( just like how we make omelette)

In a frying pan add ghee put one roti on d pan make sure u have spread ghee on both d side of roti now add d omelette mix on top of d roti( I add 8 tbsp) if d mix comes out of d chappati don't worry just keep pushing it back inside with a spatula/spoon n before d egg gets cooked put another roti on top of that mix. Put ghee on that roti as well n toss it over in d pan ... d newly put roti has to be facing d bottom of d pan ... both side of d rotis need to get crisp n egg fully done.

Make on medium high flame ( not v slow or not v high )

Remove n cut into 4 pieces
