3tbsp gulkand
Sugar 2 tbsp
1 litre milk.
Boil milk with sugar n let it cool then soak the Gulkand for 1 hour in th milk. Now blend it all together.. Milk is ready. Pour it serve with vanilla ice cream on top.
Sugar can b adjusted according to taste.
