Shirkhurma eid ni speciality che. Easy to make nd yummy to have 😋




INGREDIENTS
▪sewaiya (vermicelli)
▪dry fruits ( badam, pista, kharak, charoli, kaju)
▪2 tbspoon ghee
▪100gms maavo
▪milk
▪sugar as per taste





*RECIPE*

Kharak na pieces kari ne raate thoda sa dudh ma soak kari lo. Dry fruits cut kari lo. 1 tapeli ma ghee lai ne slow flame pr 2 mins lg sewaiya and dry fruits seki lo. Pachi ehma milk add karo. 2 elaichi crush kari ne ehnu powder ehma nakho ane slow flame par dudh ne boil thava do. Add sugar according to your taste ane soak kareli kharak ehma nakhi do. Ehma 100 gm maavo crush kari ne nakhi do. 15 mins lg slow flame pr boil thawa do, stirring occasionally. Thodu thick thawa par stove bnd kari do.
Shirkhurma is ready to be served on eid 😋
