Chicken Nuggets

Chicken nuggets
Ingredients

300 gms Boneless Chicken Tenderloins1 cup Flour2 Eggs1 cup breadcrumbs 1 tsp` Garlic powder1 tsp Onion Powder1 tsp Paprica Salt as per taste Black Pepper as per taste
Oil for frying

Instructions

Cut chicken in chunks. Wash, drain and pat dry chicken with clean kitchen towel.

Apply salt and black pepper powder to chicken and leave aside for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk eggs and season them with very little salt.

Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper powder with the flour.

Heat oil in a large wok.

Dip the chicken in flour and shake of excess.

Next dip them in egg and with the help of fork lift them up so excess egg drips off.

Roll them back in flour, shake off excess, and then roll them in breadcrumbs.

Deep fry chicken without overcrowding them in wok till goldenb on both sides.
