HOW TO MAKE SAMOSA PATTI AT HOME
Things We Need:
- Namak (salt)
- Gha no atto (Wheat flour)
- tel (oil)
- pani (water)
BANAWANI REET:
- Normal roti no atto bandhye em atto bandho.... pani ane namak nakhi ne .... ane last ma tel nakhi ne smooth kari lo....
- Roti karta nahna lava banavo....
- Par maate 2 lava sathe lesu....
- Bewe lava ne chaptavi ne ehna par tel lagavi lo.... ane atto lagavi ne bewe ne chipkavi do....
- Sathe wanwana bewe lava ne .... Roti karta mohti size na ane patla thava jove....
- Ekdum halka sekvana ane utari levana....
- Tarat kholi ne bewe ne alag kari do.... Par si bhi kam seksu samosa patti maate....
- Pachhi hath si 2 bhag kari lo.... Ane cone banavi ne ehma samosa no masalo bhari ne ehne deep fry kari lo....

How To Make:
In wheat flour add salt as per taste....put water and knead it well same way as roti is made...
- Make small balls .... Smaller than roti balls....
- Take 2 balls, press with hand, apply oil and flour on both...
- Then stick both together and press and roll it like roti but much bigger in size than roti.... It should be very thin....
- Then put on tawa or griddle on slow flame .... Don't roast like roti just little and take it....
- Then open it ..... 2 pad (2 layered roti) seperate it apply ghee fold it and keep it....
- Continue the same with all ....
- This 2 layered roti can be taken with vegetable dishes also....
- When you make for samosa patti don't apply ghee.....keep it try....
- Then make 2 pieces with hand and make it like cone and fill samosa masala n deep fry....
