Cooked Moong.
Onions:-  1baarik kapelu
Kothmir:- 1cup.
Hari mirch:- as per taste
Salt to taste.
Dhaniya powder
Lal mirch.

Bachela moong ma paani hoi toh ehne pan maj full flame par muki ne continues mix kari ne paani dry kari le..

Moong na bowl ma uper aapeli vastu barabr apna taste na hisab si mix karile..

Mixture should be very dry..
Agar apna mixture na slite pan paani hase toh sandwich soggy thai jase..

For besan batter
Besan 
Lal mirch
Tumeric a pinch.
Jeera a pinch
Proper way ma paani nakhi ne running consistently ma batter banavilo.

Assemble vaste bread slices

Hve bread par moong no mixture muki ne uper si black pepper nakhi ne (cheese lover caƱ spread mozeralla cheese on it) second bread na slice si cover kari lo n beve haath si barabr press kari lo..

Sandwich ne 6pcs ma cut kari ne besan na batter ma dip kari ne deep fry kari lo..

2nd option:- sandwich banavi ne grill ya toast pan kari sakho cho..

Serve with lasun chutney.. or as per ur taste..

Note:- fry karti waqt each pc ne hatheli par muki ne barabr press kari le.. aa karva si fry karti waqt pcs open nai thai....
